Return and Refund Policy

At Mnpora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
In its original packaging
Complete with all accessories, manuals, tags, and included parts
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, email mnpora93@gmail.com with:

Your full name
Your order number
The name of the item
The reason for the return
Photographs or a video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send an item back to the address printed on the original package unless we instruct you to do so.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photographs or a video showing:

The product and the problem
The shipping package
The shipping label

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution. Mnpora will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a verified item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, an accidental order, an incorrect size selection, or another reason unrelated to a product defect or our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mnpora is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, safety, and other reasons, the following items cannot normally be returned:

Personal-care, beauty, grooming, or hygiene products that have been opened or used
Undergarments and intimate products
Perishable or consumable products
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Customized or personalized products
Items marked as final sale
Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the preferred item.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us before placing another order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after it has entered processing or been shipped.

If the order has already shipped, you may need to wait until it arrives and then request a return.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at mnpora93@gmail.com.

Refused and Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the original shipping cost and any return-related charges may be deducted from the refund.
